The customer is entitled to a 100% refund before our team starts working on the project.
b) Within One Hour of Order

If the project has already been initiated and revisions have been requested, we may provide a partial refund (up to 5%) to compensate for the work completed by our internal teams.
If the delivered work does not meet the project requirements, customers must first utilize all available revision options.
We offer unlimited revisions to ensure customer satisfaction. Our team may reassign or rewrite the project to meet expectations.
If we are still unable to meet the agreed requirements, a refund may be processed through mutual agreement on an appropriate percentage.
